Trailheads

Reflections

This trail follows quieter reflections on life, thought, memory, identity, and the small observations that often go unnoticed in everyday routines. Not every meaningful idea needs to become a deep analysis, and sometimes the most honest thoughts emerge during moments of silence, transition, uncertainty, or calm. Some notes along this trail may be philosophical, some personal, and others may simply capture fleeting thoughts that felt worth preserving at a particular moment in time.

Astrology

This trail reflects my long-standing interest in astrology, a subject I have explored for more than fifteen years through Western, Vedic, and I-Ching traditions. Although I am fully aware that astrology is generally regarded as a pseudoscience, I still find it intellectually and culturally fascinating because different systems of astrology often reflect how different civilizations perceive life, fate, time, and human nature. Despite its limitations, I genuinely believe astrology can give people hope and a symbolic way to reflect on life and uncertainty.

Cuisine

This trail reflects my enjoyment of cuisines from around the world and the cultural stories often carried through food. Whenever a dish becomes one of my favorites, I usually feel compelled to learn how to make it myself so that, no matter where life takes me, I can always satisfy my appetite and reconnect with familiar flavors. Some notes along this trail may explore cooking, food culture, personal experiments in the kitchen, and the simple joy of sharing good meals.

Health

This trail reflects my ongoing interest in health, well-being, and sustainable daily living. Health is priceless, and some notes along this trail may document my everyday health routines, herbal remedies, exercise records, and personal reflections on physical and mental well-being. For me, the goal is not simply external appearance, but rather cultivating a healthier, more sustainable, and more balanced way of living over the long term.

Traveling

This trail reflects my interest in traveling, cultural observation, and the idea that “traveling ten thousand miles is better than reading ten thousand books.” Whenever I visit a new city, I usually make a point of taking public transportation in order to observe the rhythms of everyday local life more closely. Some notes along this trail may include travel reflections, photographs, video logs, cultural observations, and small moments gathered along the way.

Music

This trail reflects my long-standing interest in music across many different genres, including folk, country, blues, soul, jazz, ballads, as well as both Western and Eastern classical music. To me, music is one of the most powerful ways human beings can share emotions, memories, and experiences while transcending the boundaries of language and pure rationality. Some notes along this trail may explore songs, lyrics, musical styles, cultural influences, and personal reflections connected to music and listening experiences.
