My book, The Simple and Infinite Joy of Mathematical Statistics, just arrived! I’ve watched many of this instructor’s YouTube videos, especially during the pandemic, and her classes were truly priceless. Her willingness to share such high-quality educational content publicly reflects a great generosity of spirit.
What I especially appreciate about this book is its strong focus on fundamentals. For a subject like mathematical statistics, that makes it incredibly valuable for learners coming from backgrounds outside of mathematics or statistics. Although the book cost over $80, I genuinely feel it was well worth it when you consider the accompanying YouTube lectures available for free online.
More importantly, I’m happy to support Professor Dr. Jem Corcoran from CU Boulder for the meaningful work she has contributed to education and the broader community.
